Returns & Refund Policy

At Stavis3D, we want you to be happy with your order. Each item is 3D printed with care, and we do our best to make sure every product is checked before it is packed and shipped.

This policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy if a product is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or does not meet consumer guarantees.

Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully before placing your order.

We may accept change of mind returns on standard, non-custom products if:

  • You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is returned safely packaged
  • The item is not a custom, personalised, modified, or made-to-order product

Return postage for change of mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong item, or no longer want the product.

Custom Orders & Made-to-Order Items

Custom designs, personalised items, colour-request items, modified products, and made-to-order prints cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind.

However, if there is a problem with your custom order, such as damage, a fault, or the item not matching the agreed design, please contact us so we can help.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or another suitable solution.

If there is a major problem with a product, customers may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. For smaller problems, businesses may be able to provide a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

3D Printed Product Finish

Because our products are 3D printed, small layer lines, minor surface marks, seams, and slight colour variations may be visible. These are normal features of 3D printed items and are not considered faults unless they affect the use, safety, or agreed appearance of the product.

Return Shipping

Before returning any item, please contact us first so we can confirm the return details.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

For approved change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will work with you to arrange the best solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will let you know whether the refund has been accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping costs are not refunded for change of mind returns.
